Cardio routine

1) WARM UP
stretch for 15 mins.

2) JUMP ROPE
ten {10} mins. without a break = 30 mins.of jogging

3) HEAVY BAG
three {3} minute rounds with one {1} minute rests inbetween
shift your weight from right foot to left&back again
"Punch through target,not at it..."

4) SPEED BAG
ten {10} minutes,...NO break!
"the speed bag is frustrating at 1st.,..take your time"

5) SIT-UPS
four {4} sets of 25
"hold a 25lbs.plate on your chest,..once it gets easy"

6) JUMP ROPE
five {5} minutes
"the best warm down you can do"
